Over the past few years, quartzite has become extremely popular for kitchen countertops. ¶¡ÏãÔ°AVite is a natural stone that tends to come in many colors. Along with neutral shades white grey and beiges. It can have a marble-like aesthetic, while delivering additional durability than most granite. The design and low-maintenance characteristics of quartzite qualities combine to make it an ideal choice for high-traffic areas.

Despite the similarity in names ¶¡ÏãÔ°AVite and ¶¡ÏãÔ°AV are quite different materials. ¶¡ÏãÔ°AV slabs are a man-made product that combines the mineral quartz with resins, polymers, and pigments to make a very durable surfacing product. ¶¡ÏãÔ°AVite is a natural metamorphic rock that forms from quartz-rich sandstone. When naturally altered by heat and pressure, the sand grains recrystallize and form a dense network of interlocking quartz crystals. The result is incredibly strong. ¶¡ÏãÔ°AVite is then quarried and cut into slabs to be used for applications like kitchen countertops, vanity tops, fireplace facades or shower walls.

¶¡ÏãÔ°AVite really does live up to the hype as one of the most hassle-free countertop surfaces available. This beautiful sophisticated natural stone with its delicate veining and understated color palette fits any style from minimalist to modern to traditional.
